BattleFitted is a unique brand, in which we are attempting to fight Mental Health through fitness. Founded by Rob Wheeler, the CEO and founder and   Veterans with a relentless spirit.

We are a Apparrel brand with a dedicated Non Profit Foundation created by Military Veterans that has been forged through personal failures and a life of struggle. The way in which Battle Fitted has grown is due to intestinal fortitude in able to survive, and NEVER GIVE IN, NEVER TAKE THE EASY ROAD, and most importantly NEVER GIVE UP! We all have struggles and we all have to deal with the hand that life deals us; it’s how we approach, wrangle, and conquer that hand that makes us who we are. It is this that has inspired us to create the BattleFitted brand. 

Our " fitness apparel", and Gear is catered to those who have removed the words QUIT, SURRENDER, and EASY from their vocabulary. We make a solemn promise to keep creating outstanding training, quality active wear, and gear for those who commit themselves to seeing victory over defeat! 

INVENTORY AND AVAILABILITY

All items are limited in quantity and may contain imperfections in the prints. The beauty of our process is that no two prints are identical. This is what makes us special. Due to the hand-printed nature and effort that goes into every item in the line, our standing inventory is very small. Please understand that returns and exchanges may be a longer process than we would like due to our limited quantities and sell-outs. 

Once items sell-out most likely they will not be reprinted, and may be no longer be available. 

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Delivery takes 10–15 business days inside the States when selecting the basic $5.99 shipping method (USPS/FedEx). For customers who would like the FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Standard Overnight shipping methods the order must be placed before 2pm EST to guarantee those delivery times. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day. (FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so unfortunately the 2-Day and Overnight options are not available for those shipping to a P.O. Box, we're sorry!) FedEx 2-Day and Overnight both do not deliver on weekends.

Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays, and throughout the weekends, will be processed on Mondays. Please note that even if 2-Day or Overnight shipping is selected it will not be processed till the next business day.

On occasion we do not have the entire order printed and we have to print the shirt to order. In these cases the order may take slightly longer to get to you. If this happens, we will make every attempt to notify you of the issue. 

For international orders please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees! ​

BattleFitted is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. BattleFitted is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS or FedEx.

*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange. 

QUALITY AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure the quality and integrity of the garment, we suggest washing them on machine wash cold, all garments and fabrics are blends, or pre-shrunk to ensure a true fit after washing. To preserve the print as well as possible it is suggested to wash the garment inside out ( with the printed side in ). 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We realize that you make choices in the buying process and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns/exchanges can be necessary and that we will do  our best meet reasonable expectations when these situations arise. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please allow us to assist you with your order. We deal with returns on a per item basis. There are varying restocking and service fees. If you wish to make a return please contact us to discuss the matter first before sending back your items. We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges. 

No returns or exchanges after 30 days.

We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.

All sales are final outside the U.S
