We always begin our training phases and daily routines with a healthy dose of joint mobility, flexibility, and various dynamic warm-ups. This allows us to address any joint immobility or muscle imbalances you may unknowingly have. A specialized dynamic warm-up always precedes our vigorous workouts.
Stronger Core, Lean Muscle, and Functional Strength
Through dedicated strength training. Whether your goal is to burn fat, build muscular shoulders, or slam dunk a basketball, you will need to get stronger. More strength means that you’ll have a firmer, more shapely and athletic body. A body that not only can overcome any physical force but looks and feels great as well!
Fat Loss, Speed, Explosive Power, Athleticism
Your Specific Goal Attainment... our power, speed, and conditioning training is designed to get you there using methods such as strongman training, sprint work, AMRAPS, and many others!

While it is important to push your body to its limit so you can grow stronger, you must also recover. This phase is all about removing stressful stimulation from your body after a hard workout.
At the end of each workout session are programmed activities such as foam rolling, stretching, and other forms of active recovery that you can do in the gym or at home.
